WiMAX has a great opportunity to provide broadband connectivity in the Asian emerging market. This session is designed to help WiMAX operators in emerging Asian markets to understand the business models, deployment strategies and regulatory environment impact on their business.

Targeted Audiences: Emerging country’s operators and equipment and device manufactures.

Asian mature markets have high adoption rates for both fixed broadband access and mobile services. In fact, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan have the highest data service ARPU in the world. How to position WiMAX in these mature markets is very crucial to build a successful business case for WiMAX. This session will address mature market deployment strategies, business models and applications.

Targeted audiences: Mature market operators, equipment and device manufactures.
